Love consulting in the people and strategy space, but you want to work in a firm where you have genuine influence on the strategy, leadership, future and values of the firm? Want to create real change while working with iconic Australian and global clients, but in a boutique firm where people matter?

This Director, Consulting role is central to both our firm’s impact and the value we deliver to clients, as well as our future strategy. We are seeking someone with 15+ years of consulting experience and deep technical capability across any and all of our service offerings. These include Strategy and Transformation, Organisational Design, Performance Culture, Leadership and Organisational Capability. In summary, our services represent a business focused on organisational performance, development and transformation.

With expertise in strategy, organisational effectiveness and behavioural science, our work is grounded in helping clients create sustainable behaviour change across their organisation, leaders and teams. We take a systems-based view of transformation with a strong emphasis on lifting organisational performance and with a clear view to strategy and commercial outcomes. Our role is to help clients align their strategy, ways of working, leadership practices and capability so they can accelerate execution and deliver meaningful, long-term impact. Very often, we work across all of these areas with a single client.

As commercial advisors, we are focused on tangible business outcomes. We partner with CEOs, Boards, HR leaders, Directors and functional executives on strategic, business, and people solutions linked to our clients' most pressing challenges. These include, but are not limited to, strategic shifts, business and cultural transformations, organisational design, governance and effectiveness, performance uplift, leadership and capability development, and aligning purpose and values to strategic and operational goals.

As a Director, Consulting, you'll play a critical role at Spring Point, working directly with our clients to deliver innovative, client-oriented and value-generating solutions across our entire service offering. Whilst you may have a home base in one of our service areas where you are deeply experienced, you will likely have considerable experience across multiple or all areas of our service offering. Connected solutions are part of our unique value proposition.

You balance the technical expertise you bring with a clear focus on client problems, goals and commercial outcomes. As a firm, we have a defined, progressive yet evolving methodology and related set of tools and solutions that this role should play a role in continuing to enhance. We work in teams, we value growth and development, and we’re a performance-focused and accountable firm. Every team member has a coach, a development plan and a genuine voice in how we run our business & deliver every day.

That said, we also value balance in how, where and when we do work. Because we work with our clients on creating truly high-performing, inclusive and engaging work environments, you can also be sure that it is a priority for how we lead and run Spring Point too.
