of ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE SURVEY

The aim of 2024 Australian State of Organisational Culture survey and research is to shine a light on the practice and importance being placed on organisational culture within organisations in Australia, and understand the role that culture is playing in Australia's boardrooms and corporate landscape.

Our ongoing findings demonstrate an interesting tension between directors and leaders who currently oversee, assess and govern company culture, and who have a strong view on the impact on performance, and the organisation itself in terms of how culture is actually being measured, practiced and evolved within organisations.
