  • $120 - $150k (inclusive of super) + performance bonus, dependent on experience

A Senior Consultant role with the autonomy to 'own' the work and manage your client relationships.


We’re excited to be in a growth phase and as part of that to be seeking out another Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant you'll play a critical role at Spring Point, working directly with our clients to deliver innovative, client oriented and value generating solutions. 


You balance the technical expertise you bring with a clear focus on client problems and goals, and you are supported by a firm and peers that have strong methodology, tools and experience. Purpose, skills and experience for the role 


The Senior Consultant role is responsible for leading the day-to-day management and delivery of client work across the full spectrum of Spring Point’s services. ​


Senior Consultants also play an important team leadership role in designing and implementing a variety of internal strategic projects to build our business..


  • Technical skills across some or all of our service areas of culture, leadership, capability and transformation. You should have considerable experience and expertise in at least one of these areas, and preferably more than one. ​
  • Typically, 3-5 years of experience in organisational development, learning and development, HR or consulting. ​
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills to be applied to client engagements and business development. We are a people business, and you represent our brand in every interaction. ​
  • Needs assessment smarts. Using advanced inquiry & advocacy skills you’ll explore relevant issues to identify key client needs. ​
  • Excellent adaptability and agility paired with a growth mindset that supports working in an environment that is dynamic, never boring and where learning happens every day.​
  • You’ll have a service and execution focus. This means a can-do attitude, being responsive and flexible to the needs of clients, having strong project management skills and being able to work in a collaborative and team-based way with both team members and clients.​
  • Experience working for a consulting firm would be a definite advantage but not a deal-breaker. Our world is more different to internal roles than many people think.​
  • You’ll have a tertiary qualification in a humanities (e.g. Psychology) or business related discipline.​
