NEW WAYS OF WORKING

The Opportunity: To support a cultural transformation and expand the rollout of the New Ways of Working (NWOW) across ANZ bank. There was a need to re-develop the original face-to-face 'brown bag' learning program, to a digital solution that used the latest technology and could be delivered globally at scale. The creative solution needed to be innovative, experiential, simple, accessible in all locations, and encourage people to have fun while learning.

What We Did: We designed an innovative blended learning solution that included vox pop videos, 3D animations, 3D games, eLearning modules, and activity kits. The solution targeted all employees globally, with the aim to communicate the 'why', 'what' and 'how' the new ways of working could impact employees in their day to day activities.

The Outcome: Globally employees across ANZ understand the specific NWOW roles and responsibilities of squad member, product owner, chapter lead and scrum master, and the ceremonies such as stand ups, backlog refinement, showcase and retrospectives.
